Paul B. Lotz
Paul B. Lotz is a sculptor with over 50 works spanning more than a decade — pieces cast in bronze that carry equal parts wit, craft, and storytelling. His editions range from intimate runs of 50 to collections of 300, held in galleries and exclusive venues across the country.
Working as Paul's business manager, Nancy Stroud oversees his accounting, gallery consignment tracking, edition management, foundry scheduling, and piece ordering — as well as marketing materials and campaign ideas. It was through this work that Stroud Company's artist niche was born. Paul's world showed us what it actually takes to run a working art business well.

A Barrel of Laughs
A tribute to comedy's greatest legends — cast in bronze as a chain of monkeys descending from a barrel. Paul B. Lotz transforms the Three Stooges, Charlie Chaplin, Carol Burnett, Laurel & Hardy, and the Little Rascals into unforgettable sculptural characters that manage to be both reverent and hilarious.

Syd Stroud
Hand-drawn illustrative artist whose work ranges from warmly detailed scene illustrations to sharp, witty character work. Expressive, layered, and full of personality.
Inspired by time working alongside Paul B. Lotz, Syd created her own illustrated interpretations of his sculptural world — including the Banana Barrel jazz club scene that brought his comedian monkey collection to life on paper, and her own take on Lady Godiva set against a European street scene.
Syd created the Banana Barrel illustration, and Nancy turned it into a puzzle — you can even try it right here. Alongside it, Syd's Helen & Farfel greeting card line brings her witty, unfiltered humor to A2 and A7 cards, wine totes, puzzles, and metal prints — all available on Etsy. Originals and fine art prints will be available direct in the future.
