Stroud Creative Studio
Where sculpture, illustration,
and storytelling meet.
Stroud Creative Studio brings together the work of talented artists, creative collaborations, and products inspired by original artwork.
Behind every creative business is another side of the story: production, inventory, sales, and the work of bringing art to market. That's where our experience comes in.

Paul B. Lotz
Paul B. Lotz is a sculptor whose collection includes more than 50 original works created over more than a decade. Cast in bronze, his sculptures combine craftsmanship, humor, and storytelling.
His work includes limited editions ranging from 50 to 300, with sculptures represented in galleries and venues across the country.

This hands-on experience has helped shape Stroud Company's specialized services for artists and creative businesses.
One collection, two artists
From bronze to illustration
Paul's collection of comedian monkeys inspired Syd to imagine a new setting for the characters: the Banana Barrel, a lively jazz club where the entire cast comes together.
A Barrel of Laughs
Paul B. Lotz, bronze
A Barrel of Laughs celebrates classic comedy, with characters inspired by the Three Stooges, Charlie Chaplin, Carol Burnett, Laurel & Hardy, and the Little Rascals. The collection features individual bronze characters and groupings, each with its own personality and sense of humor.
Syd's Banana Barrel illustration brings these characters together in a completely different medium. Nancy adapted the artwork into a puzzle, creating another way to enjoy the collection.
Featured illustrator
Syd Stroud
Syd Stroud is an illustrator whose hand-drawn work combines detailed scenes, expressive characters, and a distinctive sense of humor. Her illustrations range from imaginative storytelling to witty observations of everyday life.
Her work includes Banana Barrel, inspired by Paul B. Lotz's bronze sculptures (try it as a puzzle), and her own interpretation of Lady Godiva, set against a European street scene.
Syd is also the creator of Helen & Farfel, an illustrated collection of characters featured on greeting cards and other creative products.

Helen & Farfel
Meet Helen: outspoken, sharp-witted, and entirely unapologetic. And Farfel, her rabbit companion, who has apparently heard it all.
Together, they bring a little unexpected humor to life's everyday moments. These aren't your typical sentimental greeting cards. They're for people who appreciate personality, wit, and something a little different.
The collection includes A2 and A7 greeting card designs with boutique-style packaging, along with creative gift products such as wine totes.
